403(b) Payroll Deductions
Dighton Rehoboth has partnered with The Omni Group to service your 403(b) retirement plan. Once you open an account with one of our 403(b) providers participating in the plan, you are able to have pre-tax contributions withdrawn from your paycheck. You do not pay tax on these funds until you begin making withdrawals, usually after retirement. SAGE Tuition Rewards Program
Tuition Rewards is a program that is offered to all of our employees at no cost! Think of it as being similar to "frequent flyer miles" that can be redeemed for guaranteed discounts on college undergraduate tuition at over 375 participating private colleges & universities. Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Your Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) dollars can be used for a variety of out of pocket health care expenses. The best part about it is that the deductions are tax exempt! Each employee is eligible to utilize/withhold up to $1,500 each year. You also have a 75 day grace period to submit any unpaid claims for services that were incurred by the end of the prior plan year. You are given access to a Benny Card which provides an easy, automatic way to pay for eligible health care/benefit expenses.

Dependent Care Deductions
Similar to our Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) - you have the opportunity to pay for child care expenses with pre-tax dollars! Each employee is eligible to utilize/withhold up to $2,500 each year. Click here for Dependent Care plan design information.
Group Life Insurance
Dighton-Rehoboth partners with The Standard Life Insurance Company to offer all of our full-time employees group life insurance at no cost. Please refer to your contract to determine your coverage amount. The Standard also offers optional additional life insurance for each employee, their spouse and their children. Accident, Disability & Cancer Insurance
Employees that are sick or hurt may have a difficult time paying for everyday living expenses. Signing up for Colonial Life Disability or Accident Insurance may offer you financial protection during difficult times. Cancer Insurance is available to our employees as a supplemental insurance which covers many out of pocket medical costs that may not be picked up by our health insurance - for example transportation costs to and from a treatment center.
